幾年前我們談過在台灣從事半導體產業工作的人來加拿大後 因為加拿大沒有半導體產業 （二十年前只有在 Bromont, Québec 有一個IBM 實驗晶片工廠.在Montreal 東邊100公里.這個工廠後來被輾轉賣了好幾次, 整個加拿大只有這一個實驗工廠,不像台灣有完整的上下游...
