網路支援 team 通常複雜管理安裝改變調整 網路設施 例如 router, switch, fireware, PKI private key infrastructure, V-Lan, vpn, dhcp, LDAP,NAT, TCP/IP , WAN, IPSec, dns 等等與熟悉不同 protocol. 

廠牌可能有 Cisco, Cyberark, IBM, Juniper, Solarwind, Palo Alto, Okta, HP 等等。

每一種設備與軟體都需要專業技能 and/or 執照再加上多年累積的經驗。
