Desktop support 專門協助 終端用戶解決問題,通常必須熟悉各種疑難雜症 需要熟悉 各種 client, citrix, Windows, linux, remote control tools, thin clients, install/uninstsll/upgrade/refresh/reimage /patching 等等。 熟悉 TcP/IP , bios, encryption/decryption, antivirus, malware, 使用工具 deploy 到大量 clients devices. Handhold devices.

Desktop support jobs require a blend of technical skills (OS, hardware, networking, security) and crucial soft skills like problem-solving, communication, and customer service, focusing on diagnosing and resolving end-user issues efficiently, managing user accounts, and maintaining system integrity. Key areas include Windows/Mac/Linux OS, networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), hardware troubleshooting, software installation, security awareness, and strong interpersonal abilities to support users.
